Lisa is a clinical psychologist registered in Singapore and qualified to practice in Australia, having spent years working in public and private health settings.

In her therapeutic practice, Lisa manages a broad range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, borderline personality traits, and relational challenges. Lisa’s work also extends to individuals navigating unique challenges related to relocation, offering support in adapting to new environments, and fostering a sense of belonging.

Lisa utilises therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused (TF-CBT), Dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness. She customises these methods to meet the distinct needs of each client. Beyond clinical intervention, Lisa views therapy as a profound journey of self-discovery. Grounded in a growth-oriented perspective, Lisa aims to create a secure space for individuals to explore, understand themselves, and cultivate personal growth within the broader narrative of life.

Lisa's therapeautic orientation extends to her work with children, youths, and families, offering support for emotional and behavioural challenges stemming from traumatic experiences. She is a strong advocate for ensuring everyone feels supported within the family dynamic, collaborating effectively with families and professionals to foster resilience and facilitate healing. Lisa is adept in the Triple P Positive Parenting Intervention (Level 4) and tailoring parenting strategies to the unique needs of each family.

Beyond her professional commitments, Lisa nurtures her creative side with pottery, finds solace in the calming waves by the sea, and cherishes quality family time.

Lisa provides therapy in English and Mandarin.
