Lynn is a Clinical Psychologist registered with the Singapore Register of Psychologists (SRP). She is also a clinical psychologist accredited by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). She graduated from Edith Cowan University in Australia with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Psychology in 2010 and subsequently from James Cook University Singapore with a Master of Psychology (Clinical).

Lynn has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults (including older adults) in community and hospital settings. She is interested in working with individuals with a broad range of psychological distress, including depression, anxiety, attachment issues, and interpersonal difficulties. Lynn believes in enabling individuals to be an advocate for themselves by harnessing their strengths to improve their quality of life. Lynn’s warmth and genuine care for individuals creates a safe space to process at a deeper emotional level, working from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and brief psychodynamic psychotherapy.

As part of self-care, Lynn enjoys baking and cooking for her family and indulging in Korean dramas.

Lynn conducts therapy in both English and Mandarin.
