The course is designed to equip therapists with core skills in family therapy assessment and intervention, drawing on the key theoretical and practical techniques established in this field over the past fifty years.

In this workshop Paul will ensure that participants walk away with a core set of skills in family therapy assessment and intervention, enabling them to get started working with families in their practice. These skills will be drawn from a variety of models, including systemic, structural, narrative and solution-focused, integrated together to provide a map for on-going therapy Specific skills will include systemic assessment using circular questions and relationship scanning, deviation amplifying, enactments and re-enactments and therapeutic letters.

Get to engage in multiple experiential exercises and open discussions to facilitate learning of these skills, and learn how to apply them into daily life. Given that this is a small, open group setting, this is also an opportunity to speak with others from diverse backgrounds who may share similar experiences, worries or questions about the techniques and applicability into daily living.

When your loved one has Borderline Personality Disorder, you may feel overwhelmed, exhausted, stressed, and lonely. We know caregiving is stressful and exhausting, but what can you do about it?

Taking place every Wednesday from 7.30pm - 9pm, this workshop is aimed at caregivers, family members, and partners of individuals with BPD. The goal is to teach you skills to respond effectively in crisis situations, support each other within the group, and improve the relationship between you and your loved one.

More than just a toy, the ever popular Rubik’s Cube has numerous benefits for children, including mental rotation and fine motor skills. Taught in a small group setting, social and collaboration among group members will be emphasised as well. At the end of four sessions, each participant will learn how to solve the Rubik’s cube!
