Ψ Schema Therapy Intervention Approaches: Limited Reparenting, Cognitive Techniques (for Schema and Mode change), Experiential Techniques, and Behavioural-Pattern Breaking techniques including those with Borderline personality Disorder (BPD)
Ψ Practical focus in the course on the use of Experiential Techniques (Imagery Rescripting for Traumatic Memories, Chairwork Dialogues with Self 'Critic' Modes, and Detached Coping States)
