如何面对背叛

“当你所爱之人背叛你的信任并伤了你的心”

背叛带来的伤痛堪比身体上的伤口。你通常会让受伤的感觉困扰你,还是选择放下它们?你如何克服伤痛,开始疗愈? 

什么是背叛? 

背叛有很多形式。不仅限于不忠,背叛也包括违背承诺、撒谎或隐瞒信息、不把关系放在重要位置、或泄露亲密的信息等等。任何人都可能经历背叛,这不限于任何性别。 

为什么背叛会如此痛苦? 

背叛意味着违反了某人的信任。当我们进入一段承诺的关系时,我们会同意遵守关系的核心价值观(如信任、承诺、尊重)。当一方违背了信任的约定,这便是破坏了关系的基础。这会影响了被背叛者的自尊心,并让他们对自己的价值产生怀疑。被背叛者也会感到困惑,使得他们开始怀疑背叛者所说和所做一切的真实性。他们可能会发现自己很难再信任别人,这也阻碍了有意义的关系的发展。 

我要如何应对感情里的背叛? 

  • 承认背叛的发生 

背叛可能会让你感到震惊。很难理解为什么一个信任的知己会背叛你。然而,为了疗愈,你需要意识并接受背叛已经发生。这并不意味着你对此感到释怀,但作为迈出的一步,你需要承认这件事情已经发生了。 

  • 表达你的情感 

愤怒、悲伤、厌恶、不安全感和孤独 — 这些都是在背叛之后,你可能会经历一系列情绪的风暴。这些都是合理的感受。不要否认或压抑它们。给这些情感贴上标签。你甚至可以把它们一一列出来。 

  • 分开一段时间 

尽量避免与对方接触,包括面对面或线上联系。暂时远离对方能降低你负面情绪的强度,使你更能理性地思考和处理所发生的事情。你不必因为需要去对背叛行为做出反应而感到压力。 

  • 哀悼是正常的 

允许自己哀悼失去的关系。在某些情况下,你可能还在哀悼所想象的未来。在康复过程中,通常会经历五个哀悼阶段:否认、愤怒、讨价还价、抑郁和坦然接受。请注意,这不是一个线性过程。记录你的想法和哀悼会对你的情绪处理有帮助。 

  • 抵制报复的诱惑 

想要报复背叛你的人并让他们受苦的心情是正常的。但是,策划报复只会让你的疗愈过程更加复杂,并延长你的痛苦。 

  • 和知己交谈 

在这个的时刻,拥有你所爱之人的情感支持至关重要。尝试与你信任的人交谈。如果你感到不舒服,那就无需分享发生了什么。只需要分享你的感受和想法,或者寻求他们的陪伴。最好可以找一个保持中立、不扇风点火的人。 

  • 反思这段关系 

审视你的关系,并对其进行现实的评估。在背叛发生之前,你的关系可能已经存在一些问题。关系的恶化通常不在一夜之间。现在是你了解关系的重要性并决定是否应该挽救或结束关系的时机。在了解问题后,你可以考虑事情需要如何改变或者你和伴侣是否要一起走下去。 

  • 与当事人对话 

当你准备好时,可以尝试与背叛你的人进行对话。让对方知道他们的行为对你的影响。为了防止对方变得怀有敌意,你可以尝试专注于表达背叛对你产生的影响,而不是他们做错了什么。一种方法是使用以“我”做为开头的语句,例如,“我感到受伤和愤怒当你做了。。。”。 

同时候也允许对方分享他们的感受,以便你可以了解背叛是如何发生的。你也可以注意到他们是否试图为自己的行为辩护还是真诚地寻求原谅。 

  • 尝试原谅 

看看你是否能原谅背叛者。原谅并不意味着纵容背叛的行为;它是决定摆脱伤害,继续你的生活的选择。原谅是为了你自己,而不是为了对方。因为由不宽恕而产生的怨恨和苦涩感会对你的身心健康造成负面影响。 

如果你希望继续关系,原谅将帮助对推动关系向前发展。你可以告诉对方你已决定原谅他们,但还需要时间来在关系中做出调整。 

  • 决定如何继续关系 

你必须决定是否要原谅对方并重建关系,或者决定结束关系。你也可以考虑暂时分开作为一种选择。在做出此决定的一些考虑因素包括: 

对方是否不是第一次背叛了? 

是否是有意还是无意的? 

对方是否承认他们给你带来的伤痛? 

对方是否真诚懊悔? 

对方是否会为自己的行为责任? 

  • 善待自己 

你可能会为事情演变到现在这个地步而自责,认为自己是否做错了什么。不要因被背叛而责备自己。责任在于犯错的人。 

原谅自己在发现背叛时做出的冲动反应。 

 

对自己要有耐心。从伤害中恢复是一段艰难的旅程。不必强迫自己摆脱伤痛。参与自我关怀活动,如饮食均衡、充足睡眠和享受你喜欢的事物。 

  • 寻求专业帮助 

如果你发现自己在一直思考着背叛和伤害,或者自背叛以来自己的行为发生了巨大的变化,并且影响了你的日常生活,请寻求心理健康专业人士的指导。我们帮助可以解决背叛对你的自我认同、自尊心和安全感造成的伤害。寻求帮助是一种坚强的表现,而不是软弱的表现。 

如果你正在应对感情背叛,你可以与我们的婚姻家庭治疗师(Ling Ling和Wendy)以及具有处理夫妻关系和家庭困难经验的临床心理学师(例如,Yuka)交谈。 

走出背叛带来的伤痛是一段痛苦且艰难的旅程。有些日子可能比其他日子更艰难,你可能只想沉浸在自怜之中,想要报复背叛者。这些反应和强烈的负面情绪都是正常的。关键是要善待自己,并在整个疗伤的过程中依靠你的亲人。
