We’re bringing back our long-awaited DBT Social Skills Training groups! Learn important techniques and skills from Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)’s different modules, Mindfulness and Emotional Regulation.

Our psychologist, Vanessa, will guide you with experiential exercises and other materials to ensure you are able to adapt these skills and techniques for everyday use. Slots are limited, so sign up before it’s too late!
